·Designing both men's and womenswear collections: taking them from investigation and design stages, through to final production.
·Creating some of the companies best selling products in both men's and womenswear.
·Supervising and guiding a team of technicians.
·Overseeing everything from patterns, trims and washes.
·Analysing market trends and compiling reports for the denim department.
·Establishing an internal fashion blog to upload ideas and images to improve communication with the buyers, textile and wash technicians as well as other designers within the team.
